£20K offered for information leading to arrest of vandal who smashed windscreen of £900K Bugatti

Bosses at Khan automobiles have offered a £20,000 reward for information leading to capture of a hooded vandal who broke into a car showroom and smashed the windscreen of a 2006, Bugatti Veyron supercar worth £900000. The incident which happened at Leeds was caught on CCTV and shows the man smashing the windscreen of the rare, expensive luxury vehicle after breaking a window to get in.
A spokesman for the dealership, said: ‘We are willing to offer a £20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest. ‘This is a prestigious building and has some of the most exclusive cars in the world. ‘The company makes the local area more appealing to visitors and tourists. ‘Luckily there was not too much damage caused.’
Investigations are underway.

Pastor Joan Godwin, the founder of Great Word Ministries in Asaba was killed last week Friday in that Dangote trailer accident in Asaba, Delta state that left at least 10 people dead. 

She will be laid to rest in her hometown this Friday in Isiala Ngwa South, Abia State. Her family say she was so kind, passionate, and dedicated her whole life to serving God. May her soul rest in peace, amen.

NYSC DG says the ban on wearing of hijab in camps will not be lifted

Members of Muslim Youths in Da’wah on Tuesday had a peaceful protest at the headquarters of the National Youth Service Corps in Abuja against the ban on the use of hijab by female Muslim corps members, especially during orientation camps.
However the Director-General of the NYSC, Brigadier-General, Johnson Olawumi, insisted on the ban, saying it was “for security reasons” and will not be lifted. 

The national coordinator of LMYiD, Luqman Hassan; and the Deputy Coordinator, Kamarudeen Adefila, had told the NYSC DG that a major protest by Muslims was averted because of the ban on hijab in most orientation camps.

HID Awolowo set for burial today - her 100th birthday if she were alive

The burial of Mrs HID Awolowo, the wife of late Obafemi Awolowo will hold in Ikenne Ogun state today November 25th. Mrs Awolowo died on September 19th at the age of 99. President Buhari and many governors are expected to be at her funeral. Mrs Awolowo would have been 100 years old today.

Mum shares heartbreaking last picture of toddler before she was raped and murdered by stepmother

A mum has shared the heartbreaking last picture she took of her daughter before she was sexually assaulted and murdered. Lauren Furneaux posted the picture of two-year-old Lily, sitting by a Christmas tree, on Facebook. With it she shared the horrific story of the toddler's death to raise awareness of child abuse five years on from the tragedy.


Lauren had handed Lily over to her father, Jeff Wolfenberger, 29, to spend time with him and his partner, Renee King, 28. 
She had only been parted from her daughter for a few hours when she received a call from Wolfenberger telling her Lily was in hospital after King had 'fallen on her in the shower'.

President Buhari will soon name his 14 special advisers according to new reports. A source at the presidency revealed this to Daily Trust

"You know the ministers have just been inaugurated. The key appointments which Mr. President is set to announce any moment from now are those of his special advisers. Mr President is no longer in the process of searching for those advisers. That has been done. He will announce their names any time soon,” the source said

The only Special Adviser Pres. Buhari has so far appointed since assuming office is Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity.
